SPECTACULAR NORWAY TOUR 6 DAYS/5 NIGHTS

Arrival at Oslo Gardemoen Airport. You will be met by your english speaking driver for your transfer to centrally located 4* hotel. The rest of the day/afternoon is free for relax or your own activity.

Buffet breakfast. After breakfast, between 10:00 and 13:00, you will have a private panoramic tour of Oslo by car with a english-speaking guide, including Frogner Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace, the Parliament, and the main street Karl Johan. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.

Buffet breakfast. Please leave your tagged suitcases at the hotel reception before 6:00 a.m. You may also do this the evening before.

Today, your independent “Sognefjord in a Nutshell” or “Norway in a Nutshell” journey begins, traveling from Oslo to Balestrand or Flåm - to Bergen, depending on your itinerary. We will provide you with an e-ticket containing all the necessary travel information before your departure.

Your day begins with a train journey from Oslo to Myrdal, where you will board the famous Flåm Railway to the village of Flåm. The descent through the Flåm Valley offers ever-changing views of snow-covered mountains, cascading waterfalls, and green pastures along the valley floor.

Flåm is located at the head of the Aurlandsfjord, one of the majestic Sognefjord's branches. Here, you will board an express boat to cruise along the Sognefjord. From Flåm, the express boat takes you to Balestrand, where you will spend the night at a local hotel situated by the fjord. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

(*) From October 1 through April 30, the express boat will not operate on the Flåm–Balestrand–Bergen route. We will arrange an alternative itinerary. Your overnight stay in Balestrand will be replaced with a night in Flåm. If no accommodation is available in Flåm, the journey will be completed in one day between Oslo and Bergen, with an additional overnight stay in Oslo or Bergen.

Important: Transfers are not necessary in the villages of Flåm or Balestrand, as distances are very short (no more than 100 meters), and you will be traveling with no luggage.

Buffet breakfast. Enjoy a free morning to explore the area around your hotel, depending on which tour you are taking.

If you are taking the “Sognefjord in a Nutshell” tour, you will depart for Bergen by express boat, a journey of approximately four hours. Upon arrival in Bergen, a transfer will take you to your hotel in the city center.

If you are taking the “Norway in a Nutshell” tour, you will travel by boat from Flåm to Gudvangen, where you will board a regularly scheduled bus to Voss. In Voss, you will take a short walk to the train station to board the train to Bergen. Upon arrival in Bergen, a transfer will take you to your hotel in the city center.

Buffet breakfast. In the morning you will be introduced to this remarkable City of the old Hansa. You will enjoy the view of the Bryggen area of old wooden houses that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage, as well as the traditional Fish Market. Afternoon free to explore Bergen. Overnight.

Buffet breakfast. Today is your last day in Bergen and Norway. You will have your departure transfer from the hotel to Bergen International Airport. We thank you for using our services and wish you happy return home.
